FAQs

Do you repair sheds you didn't originally build?

Absolutely. The majority of our repair and restoration work is on existing structures, regardless of who built them or how old they are. We’ll assess the condition, walk you through what’s worth fixing, and give you an honest recommendation rather than pushing for a full replacement when a repair will do.

It comes down to the condition of the core structure, the foundation, framing, and roof. If those are sound, repairs are usually the smart, cost-effective route. If there’s widespread rot or the foundation is failing badly, a rebuild may serve you better long term. We’ll inspect it and tell you straight which option makes the most sense for your situation and budget.

Quotes are serviced at $70 per excluding barn conversions which start at $300.  The cost of your quote will be credited towards your project if you decide to move forward with it.  This helps us ensure we are putting our time and effort into clients truly serious about the project at hand and by doing so are giving our customers the best quality service we can by focusing on them.

We service the following towns: Berwyn, Bryn Mawr, Chester Springs, Devon, Downingtown, Exton, Gladwyn, Kimberton, Malvern, Paoli, Phoenixville, Pottstown, Radnor, Villanova, Wayne, and West Chester.

When done correctly, yes, often by many years. Addressing structural issues, sealing out moisture, and replacing failing components stops small problems from becoming big ones. Proper weatherproofing and maintenance can add a decade or more to a structure that would otherwise keep deteriorating.
